Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

3. Identification Requirements

Clients must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. Without proper ID, service may be refused.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Stripe, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle & PayPal. Additional travel fees may apply outside our normal service area.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notary Prime LLC is only responsible for the notarization services provided. We do not guarantee the legal effect or validity of documents or any outcomes resulting from their use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
